Steve Lonnen and his team are about as good as you will find in real estate from customer service, to delivery, advice, etc. They are so plugged into Charlotte and the surrounding communities that you can't go wrong with his team. We had a super strange issue come up right at closing due to the failure of the buyers agent. Steve was calm and collected and we were able to resolve the issue and close within the week. I would not enter any real estate transaction without Steve and his team.
